If you have several photos that you’d like to apply the same filter to, you might consider accessing via the filter menu. Once installed, you can access the various plug-ins from the installed panel, or from the Filter menu in PS or PSE. Both of these options provide improvement in the lighting.
The center photo applied a filter from the Silver Efex Pro 2 set and the one on the right uses the Analog Efex Pro 2 set. The Nik Collection is a set of seven filter plug-ins that work within Photoshop, Photoshop Elements, Lightroom and Aperture. What’s that? Enter Google’s Nik Collection. So as the temperatures are heating up, I’m introducing you to a new tool that you may want to download and add to your photo editing tool set. Before long it will be settling in to those oh so too hot temperatures here in Arizona, but we carry on. Can you believe it? It’s the end of April already.
